Everything I've received from Enchanted Witchery has been excellent and beautiful. Each package is like getting a gift in the mail! Every one filled with your order and usually a little something extra, oh and the smell when you're opening up your package, divine. Fantastic always even when I've had to wait an extra bit longer for delivery. Lady MoonRaven has made any egregious errors up in spades! Way to go RE!

Always an awesome experience

The good folks of Enchanted Witchery go above and beyond. I have been shopping with them for years and have never been disappointed. From packaging to the level of craftsmanship everything I've ordered has been exactly what was offered. Granted, special order items take time but usually all orders are received in a timely manner.

That’s a first from all the reviews I’ve seen and my own experience. I did receive the first package I ordered, after months and months of waiting.

I was quite pleased with the package once I did finally get it. But we’re going on over 4 months since I ordered my second package and all I get is excuses and lack of responses. She doesn’t even proactively reach out to let you know anything. I waited a month to message her since our last conversation, it’s been a week since I sent said message, and no reply, no package.

I like her products, I think that she just stretches herself beyond her capabilities, in ordered to keep making money.

Honestly if she was proactive and responsive, I’d be less disappointed. I will NEVER place an order with her again, not because of a lack of quality, but due to a lack of good business ethics.

I ordered product from Enchanted Witchery on Sept 4,2016 I was told the order had been accepted. 7-14 business days. Order #1256. I have not heard from them since, I tried multiple times contacting them, email, facebook. I see they have opened their on-line store back up, and have been on facebook selling product. Still no answer from them. I think this is very dishonest of them as a company to take peoples money and not get back with them or refund. It is not Dec 17. Does anyone know how to get ahold of them. They continue to take peoples money and not send product. To me that is theft and it should be taken care of. If they had a least contacted me to let me know the reason, for not sending or something, I would have understood. It's like they are hiding , they know they have wronged people.

Something horrible must have happened to EW. I shopped with her for years and always received my items in a timely manner, and the items were beautifully packaged. I am just seeing these reviews because I was looking for her shop to purchase some items for Samhain

Ravoina Apothecary in Matamoras, PA has closed it’s doors 12/17.

I had no idea that this shop owner was running such a horrible and dishonest business on the Internet. Hopefully people will do some Google searches before even thinking about ordering from this crooked woman.

Going through a dispute

Back on Sept. 8, 2016 I purchased an item from Enchanted Witchery's online show. There were eight sets of these candles available so I bought one set. They sent me my invoice via Paypal and I paid said invoice on the 10th. After I paid, all communications stopped. I got no emails about shipping or that there was a delay. Almost a month goes buy and no package, no emails. I send the shop an email asking whats going on. I send two messages though Facebook and no response. I called and could not leave message due to the voice mail being full. I posted a message on their actual Facebook page, there had been no activity since September 23. I sent a message to the vendor through Paypal, no response. If something was happening in their personal life, they should have let their costumers know that their items would be delayed. I went to their website again and this time the website was gone. So I filed a dispute with Paypal to get my money back. Three days later, I get a Facebook message, telling me that the items are now ready for shipment but they couldn't be sent becasue of the open dispute. So no items and no responses until I open the dispute and NOW, A MONTH LATER, the items are ready for shipment?? I responded no thank you, just want my money back. No response to that message and they haven't responded to the PayPal dispute. Their website is still down and I noticed they deleted my comments from their Facebook page. They did post something on their page but it was about the ASPCA. No explanations about "where' they have been and I noticed one lady commented on how she has been waiting for shipment of an item she ordered back in June. I am not sure if they are shady or just poor business people.

She has another business on Facebook called Ravonia Apothecary in PA. She screwed a lot of people out of money.

Check out that Facebook page. Maybe another phone number there. Enchanted Witchery Website is closed. File PayPal claim.

She never answers. Best of luck and hope it works out for you.

Where to Start, Truly Had enough!! Enchanted Witchery Treats their customers like ***. I am tired of All the stories on why I dont have what I ordered. I have heard them all. How can she still be allowed to sell on line. She takes our money and doesn't delivery for months if you are lucky to get part of your order. Or nothing at all. And doesnt reply to messages. If you threathen them, they say its on its way. But its not. I put in disputes with PayPal . I hope i get my Refunds. If you comment on Facebook on where your order is, She deletes it. I was led to believe that she was a witch , and these recipes are her familys traditions. Well to find out she is not. Her family is roman Catholic, means none of her family are witchs. She would be the only. So was very disappointed to find out. So that is fraud. And that she doesnt make her products as she claims to. More fraud, that can be proved. . Apparently if the items she claims she made, we would have. But we dont get delivery, probably owes her wholesalers. And our money probably goes to run her Shop Ravonia Apothecary, which she posts all the time on facebook. Which should be shut down as well for selling products as her own with not the proper labeling the FDA requires.. I am a business owner i would never treat my customers that why.. I needed the orders for my shop. But cant wait 5 months to get half my products, and not knowing who made them. A had enough customer.

I ordered a candle on Sept 10, 2016 and never received anything. I have tried contacting the company several different times and the only response i got was a message that my candle will come in time for mabon. I think that this company doesnt care about you once they have your money! Dont buy from them!!!

Today, I finally got my candle. While I am extremely disappointed that my candle did not reach by Mabon.

I guess I'll use it for Yule.

The lack of communication from the vendor makes it highly unlikely that I will ever order from them again. Especially after reading so many other customers complaints were so similar to my own.

Enchanted Witchery Shipping Service Review

What a horrible company!! Warning do not order from them. They took my money , took them 3 months to get back to me and blame it on the post office. I asked for the tracking number, they came up with an excuse why they couldnt get it to me. They wont refund me. They gave me store credit,which is a joke. I ll never get anything. Worst place ever. Tell others so they dont get burned.

I have not yet received my order. On July 17th, they messaged me and stated that the order would be processed Monday, and should ship Tues., and I should have it in 2-3 business days.It didn't arrive.

On Monday July 25th, I messaged if they had shipped yet, and if so, wouldn't I have it by now? I have gotten no response.

I placed an order#1208 on April 20th of which the total of $111.30 was paid and have not received the order. Contact with sellers had told me I would have it by Summer Solstice, but NOT! Three items were ordered; a Goddess Chalice, an Altar box, and calligraphy writing pen set. I have been patient, but this has taken entirely too long. They continue to have their "Witches Emporium" and sell items taking care of those customers first, it seems. If they cannot uphold the 7-14 day processing and get the product sent, they should not be allowed to sell merchandise on Facebook or anywhere else for the matter. Can this be resolved?

I too...am having a problem getting my order I placed on May 30th..iam going through my PayPal thankfully they take over and I hopefully will get my money back. I hope you used paypal. Good luck my friend.

For an update see the comments below. That sums it up.

I will never get what I paid for let alone a refund. Even though I have a witness. But there is a long comment explaining this bs all over again. I have many other pagan shops I can shop at.

I don't need or deserve this drama.

And I know of other people suffering the same drama.

I am so done with these people! I advise that you NEVER order from them. Yeah, I love the products and things but it is not worth it! I am beyond pissed off at this so called business. I have made 3 orders with them. The first order went fine and great and took a month. That isn’t too bad. I understand that witchy products take time to make and ship. but 5 MONTHS? really. As for the 2nd and 3rd order. WOW. I made them on the same night which I guess was too much for them. After 3-4 MONTHS I emailed multiple times about it and the woman finally responded to fix order #2. I was told she sent both orders which she didn’t. Even on the old website the 3rd order was still “awaiting shipment” . Now they made a new website that made me make a new account so EVERYTHING is gone. Luckily I took snapshots back when I ordered it! Over 5 MONTHS I have sent probably well over a DOZEN emails. I even included snapshots of the order info. NOT ONE response to any of them. I used multiple email addresses I found for E.W. AND since they are constantly on Facebook (selling people *** there too BTW) they saw my 2 Facebook messages almost immediately and couldn’t even have the common courtesy to respond with at least one word! I spent $39 on 2 little Salves that I apparently will never see. I find that ridiculous! Their customer service is ATROCIOUS. They are constantly posting on Facebook or going out of town for events and things instead of getting their *** together. Basically stealing everyone’s money and not caring whether or not they get the expensive things they ordered. On top of that they are just rude and disrespectful towards their own customers for the severe lack of response. I suppose they are waiting till it is too late to make a dispute on PayPal since you only get 6 months after purchase. Well Guess What. It has almost been 6 months and I opened a dispute a couple days ago. And STILL NO RESPONSE. Fine. A claim it is! How are you going to *** over your customers like that??? I mean really… Beautifully wrapped packages and throwing in extras as an apology doesn’t make up for this ***.

1. Your 1st complaint with PayPal was made on

11/3/2015 11:13 PST, you stated you never received your package.

You were issued a tracking number through Paypal from USPS, which is 911499****314865****52 when this number is tracked through the USPS system it is showing that the package was indeed delivered to your door on August 14, 2015 , 11:54 am a full 2 1/2 months before you filed a complaint of non delivery.

2. Paypal closed the case in our favor noting that the package was delivered 2 1/2 months ago.

3. On 11/19/2015 13:34 PST (today) you reopened the case stating that your order was not as described.

"Nov 19, 2015 - Buyer: Item Not Received case switched to Significantly Not As Described case"

After waiting 2 1/2 months from confirmed delivery which is it?

You never received your product or it was not as described? On 11/19/ 2015 9:30pm Paypal again has closed the case in our favor after sufficient proof was provided that the package was delivered & received. Please be advised you have used copyrighted photo's which belong to our company in your false statements here. You do not have express written permission to do so here or else where.

By doing so you are in direct violation of copyright infringement. If you do not immediately remove our photo's & your false statements legal actions will be taken.

Public fair use laws state that I indeed have a right to post these photos in a review as I am making no profit, it is in the public's best interest to know of your shady business tactics, and the statements I have put forth regarding the order in question are true. The order tracking # given by you to PayPal was for an order placed same-day but not the order in question.

Two confirmation emails were sent to my inbox, 1 regarding the order you referenced, the other for the disputed order which there is now minimal trace of due to you shutting down your old website and creating a new one like nothing happened, thus deleting all the condemning purchase history it contained. The second order was never shipped, never arrived, and you are committing internet sales fraud! I know I'm not the only one that you have ripped off as I have had contact with others. If you continue with your threats, *** business practice, and poor customer service you will likely face a class action lawsuit.

I find it more than a little interesting that you spend more time trying to protect your image than actually providing the products that were paid for in good faith prior to shipment. You can reply to this site within seconds but my phone calls, emails, & Facebook messages go seen but unanswered.

You may have copyrights on the photos, but there is a certain place with things that look quite similar (read: THE SAME) with a warning that their product designs have been stolen before.

I find myself wondering if you have any affiliation with this other company or if they are aware of your "copyrights". You should probably look into that if someone is ACTUALLY infringing on your copyrights instead of harassing a customer with a valid grievance.

Be sure they have pending proof of copyright infringement just bc they take a pic does not automatically make it copywriten material. This is a nice intimidation ploy but a attempt that is no more then a last resort. Best of luck vic sorry you are going thru this with this so called company.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

First time it took me over 2 months to get my order. I figured Id give them a 2nd chance because I liked a few things that they were selling on FaceBook. Its going on 3 months and nothing yet. They are very unprofessional and don't seem to care. They do not respond to messages unless you threaten to report them........Ive actually found products on Amazon they say they handcrafted...........so sad. Even sadder that their name is almost the same as a REAL Wiccan shop in Salem Mass. I have a feeling they will closing if they keep this kind of business attitude towards their 'fans'. Sorry...from a true Wiccan
